1. CALCULATE YOUR TRAINING CREDIT
The training credit is the amount available to your company during the year to help with the training you provide to your employees. It is calculated based on the amount paid for vocational training as well as the average number of employees (data from the previous year's Contribution Settlement Receipts).
The application will automatically calculate it based on the data from the General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS). However, if you want to calculate the credit available to your company, the easiest way is to enter your data in our simulator.
REGISTER IN THE APPLICATION
All management of the bonuses is carried out through the application
for Training Programmed by Companies. This management can be carried out by the company itself (subsidized), or by an organizing entity. In the case of groups of companies, the management can be carried out by one of the companies in the group designated for this purpose.
If you are going to act as an organizing entity, or, alternatively, you are going to hire their services, you are interested in knowing more about it (+information).
If you are going to act as an administrative manager (you only carry out communications in the application), the company must register with the subsidized profile (or group of companies) and authorize you as a user with the “manager” profile.
To register in the application, you will need a digital Representative certificate.

3. INFORM THE LEGAL REPRESENTATION OF THE WORKERS
If the company does not have RLT, skip directly to point 4. Communicate the start of the course. If your company has any form of Legal Representation of Workers, it must be informed of the subsidized training that is planned to be carried out (training actions and PIF).

4. COMMUNICATE THE START OF THE COURSE
To communicate the start of the course, first of all, you must register the training action in the application, and then communicate the start of the training group:
Registration of training actions
Communication of the start of the training group
5. CARRY OUT THE TRAINING
During the development of the training, you must take into account the following aspects:
- The training must be free for the participants.
- The total duration of the course cannot be less than 2 hours.
- The training cannot exceed 8 hours per day, unless it is done in a single day.
- The number of participants must not exceed 30 in face-to-face mode (25 if it is a Professional Certificate), and 80 per tutor in distance learning.
- In the case of face-to-face training, the Attendance Control Model must be completed (in the case of distance learning, the platforms must enable the registration of the participants' activity).
- At the end of the course, the participants must be given the Course Evaluation Questionnaire.
- Within a maximum period of two months from the end of the course, the participants must be given a certificate of attendance or diploma.
6. COMMUNICATE THE COMPLETION OF THE COURSE
Before applying the bonus, you must communicate the completion of the course through the application, from its end date and, in any case, before the presentation of the contribution bulletin for the month of December.
To carry out this step, you must report:
- The details of the participants who have completed the training (who have completed 75% of the course).
- The costs of the course
- The amount and the month in which you will receive the bonus.
The application will calculate the maximum cost for which you can receive a bonus, which will be the lowest of these three amounts:
Private co-financing
If your company has more than 5 employees, it is obliged to assume a percentage of the total costs that it reports in the application throughout the year. To calculate this contribution, the salary costs of the employees trained during working hours will be taken into account.
The application will calculate the co-financing in the following way:
(training costs + salary costs) – bonus applied

7. BONUS TRAINING
Once the completion has been communicated in the application, and until the presentation of the bulletin for the month of December of the current year, you can apply the training bonus in the receipts for the Settlement of Contributions to Social Security.
To do so, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be up to date with payments to the Tax Agency and Social Security
- If applicable, have informed the RLT
- Have communicated the start, completion and completion of the training
The training bonuses will be applied through the Direct Settlement system (code 763 -key of the file FAN CA80- continuous training bonus), indicating the amount communicated in the application.

8. CHECK THE RESULT
You must keep, for a period of four years, the documentation proving the training actions for which you have applied the bonus, in case it is required.
Once the exercise has finished, Fundae will check the bonuses applied to ensure that they are correct:
- That you have not exceeded the available credit
- That you have met the requirements (information to the RLT, co-financing, etc.)
- The results of the monitoring and control actions, if you have had them.
- Working life of the participants.
- If said verification is not in compliance, you will receive, by means of an electronic notification, a communication indicating the reasons, having a period of ten days to make the appropriate objections.
You can access the “Check your data” section for further information on the verification of results.
